Betty was born March 29, 1945 in Lynnville, IN. to Edwin and Edna (Roy) Harper.
She is Survived by her children Melissa Miller, Ronda Phillips, Michael Gabberd, David Gabberd and Keith Gabberd.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Vara Robertson.
There will be no visitation or services at this time.
