Sheila Lynn Roos-Williams

Sheila Lynn Roos-Williams 54 of Santa Claus, IN died on Sunday August 29, 2021 at Majestic Care of Newburgh.
Sheila was born June 26, 1967 in Tell City, IN to Richard and Bonnie (Boger) Roos. She was a lifelong member of St. Peter’s UCC in Lamar and also attended Bethel Temple while residing in Evansville. Sheila graduated Heritage Hills High School in 1985 followed by earning her teaching degree from the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville. Sheila began touching young lives by taking her first teaching position in New Orleans, subsequently earning her master’s degree prior to teaching in Virginia. Sheila began writing at an early age and recently published a poetry book.
She is survived by her sons Tre’ Roos-Williams and Jakeb Roos-Williams, her mother Bonnie Roos, a brother Daniel Roos(Krista) and sister Angela Matheis(Larry) and nieces and nephews.
Sheila was preceded in death by her sister Diana Beth Roos and her father, Richard Roos.

Services will be held at a later date.

Services for Sheila will be held on Saturday September 25, 2021at 10:30 AM at St. Peter's United Church of Christ in Lamar, IN.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter's U.C.C. in Sheila's name.
